These terms and conditions govern all use of the 70300 platform. Please read them carefully before registering or using any of our services.

What does accepting these terms actually mean?

By registering an account, logging in, or using any part of the 70300 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document. This agreement is legally binding and takes effect from the first date you access or use our platform.

Account Registration & User Security Responsibilities

To access the full services of the 70300 platform, you must register an account using a valid, active Malaysian phone number. Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or terminated without prior notice.

You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. 70300 will never ask for your password via email, message, or phone — any such request should be reported to our support team immediately.

You are also responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including any financial transactions made. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our customer support immediately at [email protected] and change your password right away.

All personal information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. 70300 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to ensure compliance with platform policies and applicable legal requirements.

What is and isn't allowed on this platform?

All 70300 platform users are required to use our services in a lawful, responsible manner and in accordance with these terms. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension:

Using third-party software, automated bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without prior written consent from 70300.
Attempting to hack, attack, or compromise the security of the platform's systems or infrastructure.
Transferring funds through another person's account or using a payment method that is not legally yours.
Abusing bonuses or promotions through techniques such as arbitrage, hedge betting across multiple accounts, or any other form of manipulation.
Spreading false, misleading, or damaging information that could harm the reputation of the 70300 platform.
Using the platform for any purpose that violates applicable Malaysian law.

70300 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these terms and to take appropriate action, including suspending access, closing accounts, or reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.

Payment Information, Deposits & Withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit

All financial transactions on the 70300 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include FPX (online banking with all major Malaysian banks) and DuitNow. Deposited funds will be credited to your account balance within the timeframe indicated during the payment process.

For withdrawals, users are required to use the same method as their original deposit. Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with 70300's internal procedures and are subject to standard security checks. Processing typically takes between one and three business days, depending on the method selected and the amount requested.

70300 reserves the right to delay or reject any withdrawal request if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any breach of these terms. In such cases, the platform may request additional identity verification documents before processing any outgoing payment.

70300 provides this platform on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for any financial loss, data loss, or indirect damages arising from the use of or inability to use our platform, including technical disruptions, server failures, or internet connectivity issues on the user's end.

In no event shall 70300's aggregate liability to any user exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty calendar days preceding the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 70300 platform — including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, software code, and marketing materials — is the exclusive property of 70300 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any such content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Account Policy & Closure

70300 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time in the event of a terms violation, suspected unlawful activity, bonus system abuse, or at the user's own request. Prior to account closure, any legitimate remaining balance will be returned to the user through an appropriate method once all security checks have been completed.

Changes to Terms & Applicable Law

70300 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.

Your continued use of the platform following any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you are entitled to close your account and cease using the platform at any time.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or the use of the 70300 platform shall be resolved through a mutually agreed process, and if unresolved, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
